Masks for Austin's Homeless

The COVID pandemic and subsequent economic crisis have created more challenges for people experiencing homelessness in Austin. Estimates predict a 45% increase in homelessness nationwide by the end of 2020. Dr. Brendan O'Flaherty, Columbia University. The Homeless are more at risk for COVID-19 and the increase this population will likely prolong the health crisis. StreetSenseMedia.org
Our goal is to distribute 5,000 masks. So far we've distributed 2,700 masks.
